New Approach Development, LLC was established in 1991 as a new product development company for the toy industry. New Approach has since broadened its areas of industry specialization and extended its services to include New Product Exploration, Product Development, Market Research, Strategic Planning and Keynote Presentations.

  • ABOUT THE FOUNDER

    Prior to New Approach Development, LLC, Peter Russo was the Director of New Product Development for Tulip Productions and Product Manager for Welch's. He received his original product development training at Fisher-Price Toy and Quaker Oats Foods divisions. New product introductions under his management included Tulip ColorPoint Stitch, Welch's Totally Fruit, Quaker Fruit Chewy Granola Bars and Fisher-Price Preschool Sports.
    Peter has an MBA in Marketing and a BS in Finance. Peter has served on the Board of Directors for the Association of Crafts & Creative Industries(ACCI) and contirbutes to numerous publications and television programs.
